Main Job Responsibility:

• Lead and manage Sales Division for business development Freight Forwarding Business (Indonesia & International market).
• To improve and develop strategic marketing plans and positioning for Freight Forwarding services.
• Establish good relationship with Overseas Networking to maintain existing and new customers and close to manufacturers / traders to develop business.
• Good sales performance by achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Promote company’s brand to the relevant industry and provide product knowledge and excellent trainer for sales team.
• Lead and motivate the team to drive sales to achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate and develop key strategic relationship opportunities with manufacturers / traders / oversea customers to enhance a long-term business
• Other assignment by Management

Mandatory Requirement:

• With max 42 years old.
• Min. 8 years Excellent Sales Experience in International Freight Forwarding.
• Sales target oriented and ready to expand new business straightly.
• Must bring own car as mandatory for sales activity and commute to office
• Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics business is compulsory.
• Having good business networking in Forwarding industry.
• A self-motivator, dynamic, result oriented, and a great team player
• Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to accomplish tasks.
• Fluent in English written & verbal and able to operate computer.
• Good in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
