Sekarlite is looking for a Resource & Community Specialist to improve our recruiting and resource managing process. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills.

Jobdesk:

• Provide full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation and closing of candidates.
• Assist in the organization of candidates interviews with clients, preparation of candidates and follow-up after their interviews.
• Carry out negotiations with the candidates and start the hiring process.
• Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.
• Maintaining and improving Sekarlite community and ecosystem by working together with CEO and team
• Collaborate with vendor or agency to open the opportunity to project collaboration
• Work in collaboration with the sales & production team in the development of the business.

What are we looking for:

• All majors, preferably majors related to marketing, communiction, or psychology
• At least 1 years of experience as a resource coordinator/placement. Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting, especially in Creative&IT field.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
• Great capacity for self-management.
• Advanced English level.
• Applicants must be willing to be placed in our production office in Yogyakarta.
