Lowongan Manager Mine Engineering di PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral

• To organise and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering activities at Mine Site, such as mine planning, mine rehabilitation activities, and reporting
• Support mining operations with identification / implementation of operational improvement opportunities and priorities, programmes, and productivity targets within the mining business;
• Supply of mine planning and engineering training resources to sites as required; and development and implementation of both long term mine plans and new mine planning technology to meet changing requirements and expectations
• Establish and maintain a record of sound safety and environmental performance and management practice at all levels of operation as per Organization standard
• Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning and reports

Requirements:

• Graduate from Mining Engineering, Geology or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years previous experience in Mining Operations role
• Has previous experience at a mine site
• Mining principles and processes
• Mine Design Concepts & Operations
• Awareness of Indonesian Mine operation regulatory requirements
