Lowongan Assistant Manager Finance di PT Winning Logistik Indonesia

We are looking for candidates of Assistant Finance Manager who will ;

·        Responsible for the planning & execution of Finance/Accounting task.

·        Coordinate and finalize all financial compliance matters for the Company, such as audit, tax submission/returns, and corporate governance practices.

·        Setting of effective and efficient financial processes, accounting policies & procedures.

·        Extract data and provide relevant information for management

·        Set and share a timeline to relevant parties in relation to the tasks have to be done before closing a period.

·        Timely completion of audit, tax filings, corporate governance returns and or any other financial compliance requirements

·        Managing cash flow & supervise financial transaction

·        Responsible for monthly closing report

·        Maintain banking relationship

·        Supervising all Finance Staff member.

Minimum Requirement;

1.      Bachelor degree in accounting.

2.      Minimum 2 years of experiences in Accounting (Managerial Position).

3.      Having Work experience in KAP / Public Accounting is preferably

4.      Fluent in English, both speaking and writing (Able to speak Mandarin is advantage).

5.      Strong problem-solving skill.

6.      Attention to detail

7.      Target oriented

8.      Strong organizational, planning and team management skills.

9.      Having knowledge of Financial Accounting, Tax and regulatory regulations.

10.  Strong communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.

11.  Self-driven, high energy with ability to work independently and performance-oriented.

12.  Intermediate in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power-point, Word, outlook).
