The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·      Monitor and control project progress.

·      Making sure house construction adhere to the approved drawing and

specifications.

·      Control the quality of the house construction. Report for any deviations

found.

·      Ensure project surrounding is maintained properly without damage during

construction.

·      Handling and reviewing customer feedbacks, complaints, and queries

effectively

·      Ensuring that the construction project complies with the governmental

rules and regulations, health and safety legislation.

·      Planning and reporting for project progress.

Education & Experience requirements:

·      Minimum bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

·      Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in property/construction environment.

·      Having project management background would be an advantage.

Skills requirements:

-       Able to work independently as well as within team

-       Good communication skill with peer as well as to superior

-       Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

-       Excellent understanding of housing constructions tools & methods

-       Have good computer skills (word, xls, powerpoint, autocad)
