Qualification:

min 27-38 years old.

formal education in Baking/Pastry/Culinary arts.

2 years of culinary experience with some supervisory responsibilities.

previous experience as a mentor, teacher or workshop instructor is an added advantage.

excellent knowledge of F&B management.

excellent communication skills and team work.

passionate in teaching.

Job Description:

develop lesson plans and creative learning methods to engage student in learning process.

experiment to develop new dishes and recipes.

Prepare studio with replenishment of ingredients and maintain the cleanliness of it equipments.

Create assesment that could help to improve student's performance.

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygine and health and safety legislation/guidelines.

Liaising with costumers, employees, suppliers, licensing, authorities and sales representatives, etc.
