Responsibilities :

1. Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and manage multi-disciplinary work efforts. Oversee validation of products and materials ordered for projects to verify their conformance to specifications.
2. Monitor and assess construction performance and record construction activities to ensure compliance with construction documentation requirements.
3. Keep detailed records of their work including documentation for every progress for every unit in the cluster.
4. Have a background in construction quality control and strength in structural design of residential buildings.
5. Make weekly report regularly based on project performance.
6. Be able to read and understand detailed civil and structural drawings.
7. Ensure the schedule and productivity meets with Projects schedule.
8. Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specifications, cost, and quality standards that have been set.
9. Supervise the contractor and sub-contractor work and review checklist documents.
10. Help to check the quality results in the field to match the desired standard

12. Make Sure Project is Done On Time and within Allocated Budget
13. Quality Controller on Every Project Phase to Ensure Every End Project Product is Up to Approved Standard.

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate development, or real estate related discipline such as project management, engineering, construction management.
• Fluent in multiple design software: Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP 2000 or Etabs.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Possesses a ‘no task is too small attitude and is a fast-learner.
• Works well within teams and possesses experience coordinating/managing projects, meeting deadlines and budgets, and coordinating the efforts of team members.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative with the ability to make decisions independently combined with an ability to work collaboratively.
• Have driver license and own transportation
