• Receive, prioritize and resolve requests for IT assistance.
• Provide data / information needed for the preparation of regular department reports.
• Installation, maintenance, monitoring and provision of daily support for Server, troubleshoot hardware & software, equipment including NAS, Wifi, printers and scanners.
• Correspondence with external service providers including Internet Service Providers, Email service providers, hardware, and software suppliers.
• Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are secured, recorded and updated whenever necessary.
• Purchase IT hardware, software and other related matters.
• Arranging price quotes for goods and receipts with suppliers for IT-related needs.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related branch preferred.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10 & Windows Servers).
• Hands on experience of installing hardware and software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work both individually and in team.
• Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and Antivirus.
• Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems.
• Familiar with Mikrotik Routing: Mangle, Failover and VPN.
• Have IT network certification, MTCNA certificates is a must.
