REQUIREMENT:

• Willing to be hire for 9 months employment period
• Have been working in Finance Division for min. 5 years, in Corporate Decision Support, Factory/Costing and other controlling functions
• Familiar with Monthly Business Planning process, including MBS
• Prepare and perform Dynamic Forecast independently and present scenarios
• Understand Profit and Loss Statement
• Understand Brand Planning Management and its control
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork
• Strong organization and planning skill
• Strong analytical skill

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Copilot of Business Unit with multiple brands
• Ensure reliability of financial records and internal control across Business Unit
• Provide data and analysis to support decision making process
• Support Master Business Plan by preparing and providing transparent risks & opportunities and direction towards target achievement
• Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities
