Job Description:

• Collaborating with IT Infrastructure & Network for monitoring the application infrastructure's condition.
• Managing and processing issues/complaints from merchants
• Developing plugins or tools to support merchants
• Writing and maintaining Paylabs technical documentation
• Researching and developing for Paylabs support system

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Required Skill(s): PHP, basic SQL queries, java
• Experienced in debugging and fixing bugs
• Experienced in API development
• Willing to work in shifts
