• Playing a role in the growth of Spenmo through case planning, client development, and licensing/regulatory compliance.
• Working side-by-side with our Country Lead to lead the proper implementation of the agreed programs /initiatives.
• Providing support to the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide decision-making and analysis.
• Actively supporting our business development efforts: opportunities identification, preparing for proposals, and presenting the proposal during client meetings.
• Work on topics including strategy development, risk management and operations.
• Work on topics including strategy development, due diligence, trading and risk management capability set-up, operating model design, process design and support analytics development and implementation
• Ensures the implementation of project governance and best practices
• Governance on the overall project management framework, including post-project sponsor/stakeholder feedback

• Bachelors in Business / Finance / Management or related.
• 6-8 years of total working experience with minimum of 3 years in Consulting.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and continuous improvement environment
• Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa and English.
• Exposure to the Payments/ fintech Industry is highly desirable
• PMP certification is a plus
