Job Description :

• Analyze market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities (Product Development).
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for long-term business growth.
• Establish partnerships and strategic alliances with other companies to expand reach and market share.
• Develop customer retention strategies to maintain and increase market share.
• Develop sales strategies and train sales teams to acquire new leads.
• Identify and evaluate potential new clients.
• Monitor and evaluate individual sales performance and provide necessary feedback and guidance.
• Understand client needs and identify ways to meet those needs.

Job Requirement :

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Strong in Leadership, Strategical Thinking, Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Expertise in market research and analysis, including identifying and tracking relevant industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
• Experience in Apparel / Manufacture Industry,
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of software development lifecycles is a plus.
