Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree with Accounting Major
• Having Experience as Accounting staff minimum 2 years is preferred 
• Familiar with XERO accounting system is preferable or Partnership for Project Base
• Having good English Skill
• Available to join immediately
• Working Base in Jakarta

Job Description :

• Data Entry for Monthly Accounting Transaction
• Reconciliation Bank Statement in the System
• Administration Support for Senior Accountant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
• Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
• Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
• And all administrative tasks
