Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Related Major
- Minimum 5 years experience as Supervisor in the relevant industry
- Minimum age 32 - 36 years old
- Willing to be placed in Sepatan Timur - Tangerang.
- The average length of work in the previous company showed stability, namely an average of at least 2 years
- Preferably if the candidate has a track record of promotion in the previous company.
- Preferably if the candidate's transfer to another company is accompanied by a promotion
- Advanced in ISO 9001:2015
- Advanced in Key Performance Indicator
- Strong In Leadership & Problem Solving
- Fast Learning & Responsible
- Fluent in English is must.
Job Description
- Control the use of materials for the production process
- Controlling the achievement of the production process
- Control of manpower needs
- Control of the condition of the production machine
- Coordination with PPIC for the implementation of the production process
- Reduce the potential for errors in the production process
- Make quality products according to the quality of production standards
- Make a production performance analysis and report to the manager
Responsibility
- Responsible for the implementation of the production process
- Responsible for the use of raw materials for the production process
- Responsible for the achievement of production results
- Responsible for the quality of production according to predetermined standards
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of production
