Job Responsibilities:

Core Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operation management, preferably related to partnership with smallholder farmers.
• Sound know-how of and experience in the application of operation management concepts, processes and instruments.
• Strong background in operation management in agricultural business.
• Experience in supporting and developing various business functions from an operation perspective.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management.
• Conduct yourself with high integrity and have an open, collaborative communication style.
• Strong leadership and maturity.
• A Bachelor degree in agriculture is helpful, but significant, actual industry experience and knowledge is key.
