Job Description:

• Liaise with external parties such as university partners, students, and vendors
• Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs (A/P, A/R, assets, and other related reports)
• Prepare tax: PPH, PPN, and other related documents
• Validate invoice, disbursement, and employees reimbursement
• Reconcile bank transactions
• Apply internal control

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 4 year experience in financial accounting
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel skills
• Good knowledge in taxation (withholding Tax, PPH)
• Good management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, self-starter, result-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Can work independently under less supervision
• Have a certificate of brevet A and B
