POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

Assist legal counsel for day-by-day legal matters

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Support as Legal Department person which be in charges for daily job, meanwhile Legal Counsel doing travelling to handling Permit and Legal Cases.
• Listing a priority document to separate first come and first serve, also make some categories which one is Priority to do.
• Register internally on Logbook all Legal Products and maintain circulation documents for to be signed to relate Department (user).
• Maintain internal documents which be analyze and reviewing by Legal Counsel.
• Doing some administrative job, such as compiling file, minutes meeting, documents administration.
• Assist to review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are following all statutory or legal requirements (as per superior request).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh Graduate or Beginner Legal Officer (one- or two-year experience)
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
• Bachelors Degree in Law
• Contract Basis; domiciled Batam.
• Excellent written &verbal communication skills.
• Good research skills.
