Lowongan Procurement Staff di PT Taka Hydrocore Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Looking for the right supplier/vendor in terms of quality, price, readiness, quantity, time, specifications according to company standards.
• Expand network with the suppliers.
• Create and print POs (Purchase Orders) and ensure the process to Vendors goes well according to the desired schedule and specifications.
• Making monthly reports for purchases and outstanding POs, so that this information is useful for superiors in making decisions
• Compile purchase orders and requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies
• Ensure that each invoice/invoice from the supplier has been sent for payment to Finance.
• Manage procurement in accordance with incoming Material/Service Requests from Users.
• Handling all matters about export/import (Customs Clearance, Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, etc)
• Managing logistics regarding the project needs

Qualification

• Bachelor degree from Engineering 
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from manufacturing company
• Understand the inventory process and able to make procurement forecast.
• Have a knowledge about import/export regulations
• Familiar with logistics process
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
