IT HELPDESK

Responsibilities:

  • Solves problems of high complexity and has strong knowledge in End Point Security, Desktop OS Technologies, and MacOS.
  • Receiving and handling IT device problems such as E-mail Service, Domain, Antivirus, PC or Server O/S at Head Office, Internet, LAN, Damaged Hardware, Corrupted Software, and IP for Phones.
  • Provides consultation to independently tackle complex product and network problems.
  • Able to interact with customers by phone and email to resolve their computer problems.
  • Able to respond to customer queries within the SLA.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related.
  • Good customer service communication skills.
  • Have knowledge basic skills in Programming.
  • Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hardware, software, and Email.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
  • Willing to work SHIFT.

IT SERVER SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, backup, and restore servers.
  • Support the activities of implementing the transition at the Head Office such as: Data Center Server (Virtual Private Cloud), HP Data Protector, ATL Web, EUC Server.
  • Support implementation or switching activities when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related.
  • Good customer service communication skills.
  • Have knowledge basic skills in Programming.
  • Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hardware, software, and Email.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
  • Willing to work SHIFT.

 IT DESKTOP, SMARTPHONE, AND TABLET SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

  • Setting tools for new employees: daily backup server, order, and update all software licenses.
  • Installing operating systems, services (acks, hotfixes, antivirus software, and other standard software (Android/IOS/Microsoft Windows Phone) according to the license owned by the User.
  • Installing and/or setting up the replacement of damaged hardware components with components provided by hardware partners.
  • Perform escalation and coordination with the User if the hardware is found that is not a standard device's user.
  • Perform escalation and coordination with the User on software that is not a standard device.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related.
  • Good customer service communication skills.
  • Have knowledge basic skills in Programming, technical skills, and Network (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hardware, software, and Email.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
  • Willing to work SHIFT.

IT LAN SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

  • Make settings and provide solutions to any problems on LAN devices.
  • Support the implementation or switch over activities (if needed).
  • Conduct escalation to the User if problems are found that require coordination with other partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related.
  • Good customer service communication skills.
  • Have knowledge basic skills in Networking (Cisco, Aruba, etc)
  • Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hardware and software.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
  • Willing to work SHIFT.

IT IP PHONE SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

  • Install or set up IP Phone devices (hard phone and soft phone) based on user requests in accordance with predetermined SLA.
  • Handling and solving problems (troubleshooting) IP Phones used by Users in accordance with predetermined SLA using the Cisco and Alcatel Call Manager applications used by Users.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or related.
  • Good customer service communication skills.
  • Have knowledge basic skills in Programming.
  • Has knowledge in handling troubleshooting for hard phone and soft phone.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support.
  • Willing to work SHIFT.
