What will you work on?

• Create a new product concept through research in the market trends
• Involve in a product development project
• Innovating new products regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
• In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process
• Engage internal and external user to gather insight than inform product decisions
• Formulate, test, stabilize, troubleshoot, validate specifications, and perform other research activities related to cosmetic industry
• Review current formulations and optimized for better performance and optimal ingredients
• Optimize manufacturing process of current and new products line
• Analyze all changes to existing formula to determine proper testing and stability effect

What you need?

• Bachelor Masters Degree in Science [Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields]
• At least 1-2 year experience in personal care or cosmetics industry as cosmetic formulation
• Familiar with BPOM, SJH & ISO 9001 and 22716
• Has a broad knowledge of personal care, skin care or make up ingredients Create, manage, track and execute project plans in timely manner
• Strong knowledge in fragrance application, regulatory & safety compliance, QA/QC and manufacturing processes
• Willing to relocate to Balaraja, Tangerang
