Job Overview

The right candidate should be able to lead the Finance Ecxecutive to perform accounting and report to Management and Regional HQ, and take full responsibility for all aspect in the department

Job Description:

• Present monthly financial status to management.
• Accurate financial reports on deadlines.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting, Finance and Tax of Foreign Trading Company
• Prepares monthly country Reporting Package for regional headquarter.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure half-year/yearly monitoring is carried out timely
• Liaises with corporate tax consultants on all company tax matters and filing requirements.
• Prepares the annual financial statements for the company and for review by the external auditors.
• Managing the Accounting Function for budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Tax Obligation
• Bank reconciliation, accounting system handling and maintaining ledgers and ensuring accurate accounting as per guidelines.
• Provide guidance on AP/AR to Account Executive and Control cash flow of the company.
• Manage company fixed asset and inventory asset.
• Direct financial audits and provide recommendations.
• Support and resolve any finance issues

Job Requirement: 

•  At least 32 years old
• Minimum education background is bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax
• Possess Brevet A & B certificate
• Have at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in International Trading companies
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with IFS system, Excellent in MS Excel.
