Roles and Responsibilities

• Make sure annual service sales target is achieved
• Prepare solution service proposal to meet customers' requirements
• Proactively visit customer on regular basis to create service sales opportunities
• Identify, specify, and meet customer needs and demands
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and good response
• Implementing Global Service strategy in Indonesia aligned with customers' needs

Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor in any Engineering discipline preferably in Conversion Energy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Refrigeration Systems
• Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target
• People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial knowledge will be advantageous
