Qualifications

• Minimum bachelors degree in Law/Psychology/Management HR or relevant
• Have experience at HR Assistant Manager/HR Manager minimum 5 years.
• Knowledge and have experience of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development and recruitment process phase
• Deep understanding on Labour Law in Indonesia; experienced in legal review for company agreement related to employment, partnerships, etc
• Organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily HR operations are running effectively and efficiently
• Preferred have certified CPHRM, CPLP, CBSCP, CIRP.
• Have a good communication skills

Jobdesk

• Create and develop operation activities related to HR ie Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, Training and General Admin ie Legal
• Arranging according annual Employee and the company's recruitment process according to company policies and procedures
• Creating an employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
• Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
• Develop, optimize and regulate Company Regulations and company rules.
• Control and responsible for matters related to labour and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
• Legal Documentation Process.
