Lowongan Mall Operation General Manager (AEON MALL BSD CITY) di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree, in any field.
• Can speak English fluently and written and also Japanese language (will be an advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in mall operations/shopping center, facilities, and equipment management (at least 3 years as a manager). Particularly strong facility management skills are a plus.
• Required skill(s): Have good motivation and good vision, strong and a good understanding of mall operations, able to build good relationships with the government, strong mall-specific financial acumen.
• Ability to develop a business strategy for a shopping mall, to organize a shopping mall budget
• Ability to think and act for every issue, think logically based on facts
• Having the knowledge to understand financial statements correctly and cost control
• Having skill in negotiations, creativity and the ability to educate the subordinate and evaluate them
• Applicants must be willing to work in BSD area (Kab. Tangerang)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

• Having enough experience and knowledge of mall management in terms of marketing and facility
• Make a Strategic vision of the mall
• Mobilize and allocate management resources
• Having management skills to understand each capability of subordinates, guide goals and allocate tasks with advice, coaching and motivating
• Being a model of behavior for each employee, understanding customer points of view
• Having the ability to understand the company's policy and set mall strategy and target for the achievement, proposing ideas or opinions to Senior GM
• Being familiar with market trends and flexible to change and determine approaches, based on the analysis
• Mobilize and allocate management resources
• Having skills for problem-solving, identifying fundamental issues and proposing plans for the solution
• Having ambition for self-improving
• Taking responsibilities roles and actions for his/her mall management, including human resource development
