Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be holder of a Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
• Familiar with Work Permit, Visa related procedure and regulation.
• Details oriented, good personality and teamwork player.

Main Role of Position:

• Received the order and follow up on an update to the client.
• Checking all needed documents before submitting them to internal operation.
• Update the clients on the ongoing process status and Regulation updates if needed.
• Good knowledge in manpower process IMTA/RPTKA, DAHSUSKIM, ITAS, VISA 211, 317, 312…
• Manage and monitor scope database documents and related formalities.
• Ability to operate and input data on an internal database system
• Good archive for the original document proper and save (filling/documentation).
