Job Description

Area Sales Manager is responsible for adapting a marketing strategy for a company target market and develop a good relations by visiting wholesale outlets / special outlets. Look for information about competitors products and programs, both about their strengths and weaknesses. Mastering and understand the product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all operational activities are running well and in accordance with applicable SOP.
• Make an agenda / monthly work plan.
• Analyze / evaluate sales team performance, sales revenue value & Quantity, accounts receivable of each branch that has passes the TOP (Term of Payment) and carry out the outstanding receivables and the realization of cash budgeting.
• Conduct a survey of new and existing areas / market's potential.
• Review and decide on potential extension outlets for market penetration and more equitable distribution.
• Providing solutions to problems that arise effectively and efficiently.
• Submit and receive information related to prices / promos and deliver briefing to the sales team / Supervisor about the promotion program and ensure everything goes according to the promotion letter.
• Create a PO forecast to Head Quarters to calculate the estimated demand for goods and send target breakdown reports.
• Ensure and control the validity period of company permits, vehicle or lease letters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar field with an outstanding track record, and 3 years within a management role in Consumer Good Industry
• S1 in any field or Senior High School graduated.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has and enthusiasm to learn the business processes, leadership skills.
• Negotiation Skill.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant with MS office operation
• The successfull candidate will be located in Sumatera.
