Lowongan Construction Site Supervisor di PT Bruder Consulting Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and coordinate all site project activities related to site project operations & progress.
• Make weekly work plan reports, daily project progress and monthly project reports.
• Maintain and ensure that all site projects work well and operational activities are going well. Ensure that implementation is in accordance to work drawings, schedule plans and work results in accordance with quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of site project operations including manpower, materials and tools.
• Quality Control (QA/QC) monitors every process involved in production.
• Ensuring the quality of materials purchased.
• Responsible for documentation of inspections and tests performed on materials.
• Responsible for identifying problems and issues regarding the quality of materials and also having to make recommendations to higher authorities.
• Develop inspection and test plans for incoming materials as well as inspection plans and work process tests in the field.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, related to the quality of the work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or any major equivalent
• Having minimum 10 years of experience as Site Engineer on Construction Project (Residentials & Commercial) - Villa, Hotel, etc.
• Have competencies in Civil Engineering Design (land works, drainage, roads, and bridges), Engineering Design - Industrial Building & Low Rise Building (Office, Housing Complex), Construction Methods, Project Management, and Contract Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Bali.
• Point Of Hire (POH) Bali.
