We are a leading architectural design studio firm based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, seeking an experienced 3D Visual Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in creating photorealistic and video renderings of architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic renderings of architectural designs using 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Work closely with architects and designers to understand their design concepts and produce high-quality visual representations of their ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to develop design presentations and marketing materials.
• Continuously learn and improve 3D modeling and rendering techniques to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Team up with the marketing department to create outstanding visuals that in line with the content strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in creating 3D visualizations for architecture or interior design projects.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renderings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
