Lowongan PPIC / Planning Production di PT Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in inventory planning, materials handling and preparation of production schedule.
2. Creating master production schedules and manufacturing orders as well as forecasting inventory requirements.
3. Maintain inventory stock level of Finish Goods, Raw Material, Packaging Material and other support material.
4. Monitoring inventory during the production process, goods stored in the warehouse, as well as the incoming and outgoing goods.
5. Responsible to manage department Production Planning, and Purchasing.
6. Have strong knowledge in Production Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, MRP/ERP, Warehousing, Sales Activities to ensure minimum costs, optimized utilization of resources, and high material yield.
7. Prepares of Bill of Material, Production Order and Production Journal
8. Ensures timely arrival of needed materials by closely coordinating with production supervisor, department leader, and Purchasing Department
9. Define & maintain standard operational systems, policies, and procedures for efficient and effective management control

Requirements:

1. maximun age 40 Years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or related field
3. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (blow or Injecton Molding)
4. Good Communicate in English both oral and written
5. Preferably specializing in Manufacturing / Planning Production Operations
6. Knowledge and experience in planning production and manufacturing processes and techniques, knowledge of raw materials and knowledge of quality systems and standards
7. Strong leadership and excellent at build and develop team work
8. Flexible, dynamic, and highly organized and excellent attention to detail
9. Placement Kawasan International Industrial City (KIIC) – Karawang
