JOB DESCRIPTION :

DESIGN 

• Prepare technical drawings using the latest drafting software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, etc.
• Able to read architectural drawings and engineer’s computations/sketches
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details, without initial direction from the engineer.
• Ensure CAD standards and office QA procedures are always followed

ADMINISTRATION

• Understand and operate file management systems effectively
• Compile transmittal sheets and prepare drawings/documents for the issue
• Self-check your work to ensure compliance before submitting it for review
• Organize and archive all incoming and outgoing documents

COMMUNICATION 

• Communicate/coordinate with other drafters from both own and other disciplines

DEVELOPMENT

• Commit to continual professional development (CPD) and keep training records updated.
• Perform other office duties when required and should be willing to take on more responsibilities when asked. 
• Maintain all office equipment entrusted to Him/Her

REQUIREMENT

• Either Senior or Vocational High School / Bachelor’s degree from any related field
• Min 3 years above experience mostly in Consultant Construction Company
• English Beginners for Business Level (oral & writer)
• Good Leadership, ability to work independently, analytical mindset, strong intrapersonal & communication skill
• BIM Modeler, AUTO CAD or any Certified relevant to the Development of a professional career path
• Microsoft Office, AUTO CAD, BIM Modeler
