Lowongan Receptionist -Administrator di PT Gibbs Supply Chain

Duties & Responsibilities :

· Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party in a professional manner

· Greet clients and visitors as they come into the office, and provide any necessary assistance

· Handle all administrative tasks assigned by brokers and managers, including but not limited to preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records

· Help plan and organize events hosted by the office

· keep the office clean

· Arrange delivery of packages and collection of goods at the office

Qualification Requirements :

· Minimum D3 or equivalent

· Fluent in English is a Plus

· Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or administrator

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Solid organizational and time-management skills

· Friendly and professional demeanor
