Lowongan Strategic Market Researcher di PT Cfld Tangerang New Industry City Development

Job Descriptions:

1. To support to provide company development strategy based on the company's target.
2. To conduct and update monthly or as requested macro economy and real estate market research (residential, industrial, and commercial sector) reports for the purpose of the company’s business plan and development strategy.
3. Supporting commercial, residential, and cooperation committees such as data providing, review, project positioning, and financial calculation as needed for business development.
4. To coordinate with multiple departments to prepare new projects among others PIE approval for HQ and monitor current project progress.
5. To assist in preparing for region’s monthly and annual reports for the HQ.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Regional Planning or Real Estate, Business Administration, Business Management, or any related major.
2. Minimal 3 - 4 years experience in business strategy / development, preferably industry of property/real estate.
3. Fluent in Bahasa and English (spoken and written), Mandarin will be an advantage.
4. Have a good understanding of Indonesia’s real estate business such as the real estate market, development process, and operations.
5. Experience in market research, corporate operation, business development, urban planning, and feasibility study.
6. Good personal traits such as initiative, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
