Responsibilities:

• Provide support for clients by studying and satisfying their needs.
• Make cold calls or reach out to prospects.
• Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are met.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to potential buyers.
• Compile and analyze data to find trends.
• Develop sales strategy and set quotas.
• Stay abreast of company offerings and industry trends.
• Maintain contact information database.
• Build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Handling complaints and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in agency
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Additional education or experience may be preferred.
• Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.
• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office software
