Job Description :

• Supervise each transaction that consist of FA purchase, Advance payment and Heavy Equipment Rental.
• Maintain Advance reportM
• aintain Heavy Equipment Rental Accrual Expense.
• Matchmaking the Landed cost transaction vs AP invoice.
• Controling advance for LC.
• Ensure receive of asset and prepare capitalization and depreciation of the Asset.
• Oversee the inventory account to matching the amount with Balance Sheet at the end of Period. If there are any goods categorized as asset through inventory, this need to be take action as capitalized asset.
• Bank Indonesia Report for foreign currency (ULN)
• Prepare the BKPM report which content the investment value within quaterly Period then report and discuss with Legal department for reporting matters.
• Checking Production cost
• Recon each month realization payment for each month
• Prepare P2 report for PL & BS
• Bookeeping, Update Balance Sheet Recon & Prepare Financial Statement
• Make a recapitulation & update for each additional asset purhase contract, then control the payment and Goods received. If the asset already received, we should make a Capitalization for those assets.

• Liaison with SAP Company, vendor and auditor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin & English is a must.
• High mobility, accurate and organized.
• Have experience in accounting for at least 5 years
