- Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
- Experience in coordinating and managing import/export operations, preferably in a similar industry min. 1 year.
- Able to speak English proficiently. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Proficiency in using trade compliance software and systems to facilitate import/export processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose solutions.
- Willing to be placed at Gresik or Jombang
