Job Description ;

• Research and develop work systems
• Prepare process related documents such as work instructions for management
• Design experiments to investigate the root causes of material problems
• Investigate process and quality issues and devise long-term solutions
• Establish, improve and maintain high standard SOPs to reduce/eliminate variation in operations
• Coordinate with superior for section improvement

Job Requirements

• Experience in same field minimum 3 years
• Proactive and ability to manage the team, hard worker and target oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar and able to create SOP
• Understand water treatment process and regulation
• Expert in chemical mixed usage and analysis
• Leadership skill
• Lean Manufacturing
