JOBS DESCRIPTION

• Review and drafting contracts / agreements (internal & external agreements)
• Handle OSS, RUPS, Siinas, LKPM and other company legal matters
• Provide legal support to ensure all existing permits, licenses and documents of the law and regulation
• Take care and manage all aspects of licensing
• Responsible for the extension of permits related with operation in company
• General HR administration supporting (Recruitment, Training, and others)
• Handle the administration of new employees

 QUALIFICATION 

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must graduate from reputable university minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Able to speak english fluently and exellent spoken and written
• Minimum having experience as Legal & HR Staff at least 2 Year (s) in handling pure Legal related functions (OSS, RUPS, permits, UU Ketenagakerjaan, , Industrial, Contracts, Pertek, B3 etc)
• Required skills : legal opinion and legal advice
• Have good knowledge about indonesian law regulation
• Having Good health high integrity, accountability and able to work under pressure with good teamwork  
• Good communication skills for maintaining good relationship with internal colleagues and external party
