Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research & Development, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in market research or a related field.
3. Had background in real estate or property.
4. Advanced proficiency in both English is required for this role.
5. Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies and their application in market research.
6. Strong analytical skills and creative mindset.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and marketing-related skill.

Job Description

1. Gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and other necessary data for future products and business development.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to facilitate data gathering.
3. Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure the products remain competitive in terms of quality, design, and pricing.
4. Analyze and interpret the data collected to provide insights and recommendations to inform our product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
5. Develop a marketing strategy by analyzing historical, current, and future and market trends and creating selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet and exceed goals.
6. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
7. Monitor and track market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
8. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including defining project timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution of product launches. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product and marketing strategies.
10. Other duties as assigned by direct Superior.
