Role Description

This is a full-time role for an ATL Marketing Communication professional. As an on-site role based in Alam Sutera, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing communication strategies for one of Delamibrands's beauty product, Joylab Beauty. They will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing activities for above-the-line advertising (ATL) channels, including the development of brand, messaging, and creative tactics to promote our products across multiple platforms.

Job description

• Work together with sales online team to ensure all program and promotion.
• Implementation of media plan to ensure efficiency of the media investment, as well as monitor CRM activation.
• Plan and execute above the lines activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and launches with a thorough analysis of what works and what doesn’t.
• KOL management – build good relations with influencer and celebrities.
• Copywriting press release and preparation of promotional collaterals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ATL Marketing or Digital Marketing from Health & Beauty industry.
• Experience with product launches, promotions, activations and events.
• Understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
• Ability to develop original and engaging content for a variety of media platforms.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-driven mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
