Job Description :

The duties of the Marketing Manager are as follows:

1. The marketing manager is responsible for the management of the marketing department
2. The marketing manager is responsible for the acquisition of sales results and the use of promotional funds
3. Marketing manager as coordinator of product manager and sales manager
4. The marketing manager builds the marketing department and guides all employees in the marketing department
5. The marketing manager makes marketing reports to the directors

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the marketing strategy that has been prepared
2. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of work in the Marketing Department.
3. Responsible for fostering good relations with consumers.
4. Responsible for the implementation of his duties to the Director of Operations.
5. Responsible for the consistency of the implementation of procedures that apply in the Marketing Department and analyze the efficiency of these procedures.
6. Responsible for the work discipline of subordinates in accordance with applicable company regulations.

Marketing Manager Duties

1. Authorized to formulate the company's marketing policy.
2. Authorized to decide the selling price of production.
3. Under certain conditions, it is authorized to refuse order requests from consumers.
4. Authorized to make improvements to work patterns in the Marketing Department.
5. Authorized to make corrections to the CN Contract price if an error occurs.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communication, public relation or related majors.
• Minimal 6 years of experience in a similar position is a must. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Direct and manage all team marketing activities to achieve targets.
• Expertice with digital marketing and social media.
• Having strong leadership with a "can do" attitude, persistence so that can direct the team to organizational goals.
