Responsibilities:

• Ensures a company operational process comply with regulatory policies
• Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of regulatory rules and internal policies.
• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
• Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
• Making guidelines/policies (internal/external) according to regulations from related Regulator
• Maintain and update data/documents on provisions of laws and regulations relating to the Company's

Requirement :

• Min 3 years of experience working as a Compliance or a similar role.
• Experience in Financing, Venture Capital and Fintech Companies is preferable.
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Familiar with all business state and local regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good analytical, and detail-oriented
• Good command of English and computer literate
• Fast, Adaptive, and willing to learn.
• Administrative and organizing skills.
