Sumitomo Forestry is a diversified Japanese company that focuses in timber, building materials and residential real estate development. We are searching for Candidate to assist our business. Currently PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia is expanding its business to Property Industry and establishing new subsidiaries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• max. 45 years old
• Min. Bachelor degree of any major
• Min. 10 years experiences as Sales and Marketing in property sector, Experience in landed project is preferable
• Having an extensive network with huge database of consumers, good communication and negotiation skills, dynamic, and target oriented.
• Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
• Ownership mentality, flexible and inquisitive
• Proficient in English, writing and communication.
• Microsoft Office skill
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and process-driven environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales and Marketing Strategy, Coordination with Joint Venture Partner

• plan the sales strategy for Joint Venture company
• ordinate with Joint Venture partners, consultants or agents about the issue related with the sales activities
• hire and create the team for the sales members in Joint Venture companies
• plan the marketing strategy for Joint Venture company and PT SFI itself
• coordinate with Joint Venture partners, consultants or agents about the issue related with the marketing and promotion activities
• educate salesman and agents for sales of Joint Venture products
• negotiate with banks for the loan facities
• handle all contracts with customers
• handle the relationship with customers
• prepare after sales program
• Create strong branding of Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia
• monthly and weekly sales report
