Lowongan Asisten Legal - Site di PT Sinar Citra Cemerlang

Responsibilities:

• Process the Land Compensation Agreement
• Ensure all legal documents Site are valid
• Settle any land issues & social issues separately
• Make a Legal Agreement for Estate (land clearing, employment agreement, medical, leasing dump truck)
• Provide legal assistance for Estate / Mill Department
• Collect the company documents and agreements related to the estate operations

Requirements:

• Would be placed  in Site
• Bachelor degree of Law
• Experience min. 2 years as Legal Staff  
• Preferably having worked in the oil palm plantation companies
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Power Project, Internet).
• Having good communication & negotiation skill
