Responsibilities:

• Review, investigate and analyze business systems, identifying options for improving business processes
• Gather, analyze and document the business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct gap analysis between business needs and the system
• Gathering business requirements, assists in User Acceptance Test
• Supports the development of training and implementation material, participates in the implementation, and provides post-implementation support
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Lead the ongoing project
• Become a communication bridge for the team with related parties needed to be able to complete the project
• Create a project management plan
• Find out the obstacles and obstacles in the project and solve project-related problems that have the potential to hinder the project
• Monitor the project team and ensure that the team has carried out its duties and responsibilities and met project targets
• Report to leaders and stakeholders on project status and project details

Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK and WRITE IN ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY
• Minimum of 2-years Business Analysis experience
• Can join soon
• B. Tech/BS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/or equivalent
• Experienced in a startup/product-based development environment.
• Quick learner and challenge enthusiast
• Be self-motivated, active and help communicate to ensure the team is on the same page
