Lowongan Production Supervisor ( Management Development Program) di PT Arindo Pacific Chemicals

Responsibilities :

• Organizing production activities according to production plan schedule.
• Implementing quality management activities according to ISO 9001 in Production WBA Dept.
• Issuing safety and WP (work procedure) for production WBA and personnel in safe production operation
• Safety and environment standard’s set by Indonesian government authorities
• Leading troubleshooting activities when production problem occurred.
• Implementing 5S
• Ensuring that all customer complaint are investigated and answered
• Ensuring that all sample sent out and technical work requested are recorded and followed up.
• Reducing finished goods dead stock: without packing, out of spec to the agreed level. 

 Qualifications :

• S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering
• Have knowledge and skill in Emulsion Polymer Prosses
• Age - Max 30 years old
