Lowongan STORE MANAGER - KOREAN RESTAURANT di PT Korean Fnb Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for making a plan strategy and improvements to increase sales in the area to optimize sales revenue.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating operational processes in the outlet so it will run optimally in accordance with the systems and procedures.
• Responsible for creating performance objectives for outlets to follow.
• Ensure that all areas in the outlet are of a good level of quality, cleanliness and service to support the achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure the implementation of SOP goes well in the area.
• Responsible for analyzing problems in the outlet and resolving it and also informing the Area Manager about the problem and final result.
• Ensure to evaluate the staff and team performance, at least once a week for a better performance team in the future.
• Responsible for coaching, providing training and development to new employees.
• Evaluate marketing programs in the outlet.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Having a minimum 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor Restaurant would be great.
• Good in teamwork, communication, responsible, being honest and having great leadership.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays.
• Able to work at DKI Jakarta area.
