Lowongan Telemarketing Team Leader (Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang) di PT Tupai Solusi Pintar

The main role of Telemarketing Team Leader is to lead manage and coach a team of agents, being accountable for the delivery of the KPI's. Being able to be accounted for this role not only support self-development in leadership but also provides career path for the next supervisor till manager role.

Location: Kino Tower, Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and real-time management to the Team in order to deliver service excellence;
• Motivate agents to deliver outstanding results including both commissionable and non-commissionable key performance indicators;
• Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results;
• Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tally with number of goods sold;
• Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills;
• Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results;
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field is preferred;
• At least 5 years in sales/telemarketing staff position or 2 years in sales/telemarketing team leader;
• Experienced in handling team consist of 6-8 people (telemarketing staff) is a PLUS;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
