The PR & Marketing Manager will be in charge of maintaining, developing, exploring, and expanding our brand messages to bring impact on the public to the next level! This position should have a strong drive in terms of 360 marketing and a good sense of utilizing KOL to maximize our impact in driving the growth of our branding.

Job Descriptions: 

• Create 360 marketing strategies that synergize with all branding functions across channels. 
• Collaborate with brand partners that are able to elevate the brand presence, KOLs, Communities, Media, and industry experts as well as managing, developing, and maintaining a good sentiment.
• Work closely with the Digital & Social Media Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns which in line with the trend (anti-mainstream)
• Engaged with media (online/offline) and potential partners to establish positive public awareness that results in growing brand awareness. 
• Understand the trend, be aware of moments, and be quick and determined to deliver the perfect message for our brand. 
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users. 
• Perform other duties assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• A seasoned professional with a degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a similar area from a reputable university. 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a PR/Marketing agency or as a specialist/manager in a company.   
• Excellent communication, and content development skills. 
• Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Possess a strong network of journalists and bloggers across 1st tier press that can readily be reached for our needs. 
• Proven track record of garnering coverage, publicity in media, brand partnership, etc.
• Working with all branding vehicles, including broadcast, print, web, blogging, virals, and social networking groups, and leveraging them effectively to build visibility for brands.
• Proactive with a good attitude and high motivation. 
• Eager to learn and listen to feedback. 
• Energetic, friendly personality, and resourceful. 
• Able to work under pressure.
