Lowongan Head of Warehouse ( Mandarin and English Speaker ) di PT Aris Keep Going

Job Responsibilities :

• Control the revenue, warehousing, building maintenance and distribution.
• Set the layout and ensure efficient use of warehousing space.
• Develop optimal policy and operational procedure.
• Make sure the use of effective and secure the equipment.
• Maintaining safety and health standards, cleanliness and security staff warehouse.Control manages to reconcile to stock and data storage system.
• Monitor the tagging, processing, and packaging costs goods in and out of the barn.
• Managing the team, including set work schedule, provide training, and performance evaluation at regular intervals.
• Maintain documentation and keep an accurate record of the warehouse.
• Provide reports and statistics in a status report regularly etc

 Qualification :

• Education s1 logistic fields, management supply chain or related field.
• Had at least 5 years of experience in the warehouse field, with at least 2 years in the managerial position.
• Has a very good experience about warehouse management procedures.Has an expert knowledge of inventory and inventory control.
• Familiar with storage management software.
• Strong knowledge of the warehouses.Capable of organizing, Leading, and inspired the warehouse team.
• Has a good analytical ability to analyze the work of the warehouse and identify repair opportunities.
• Has effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments and report to management.Has a high orientation detail and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
