• Responsible for implementation of the production plan in both quantities and quality.
• Maintain daily production reports.
• Maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quality and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
• Planning the issuing and delivery of raw materials for stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
• Participate in Product Development Programs.
• Responsible for the Good House Keeping & Good up keeping of all the company equipment & assets.
• Comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
• Ensure the real time data entry by all sections to SAP system. Accuracy of the data entry to be ensured.
• Ensure document and data control as per quality assurance concepts.
• Identify and plan the process control activity, with directly affect the quality and ensure the process are carried out under controlled conditions.
• Ensure the targets of QDI & RFT for his area

Requirement: 

• Education background; Diploma or Bachelor in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 7 years’ experience in Saponification and/or Soap Making Manufacture.
• Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Able to work as individul and able to work as team in cross functional Department
• Familiar with reporting system
• Familair with SAP System
• Physically and mentally health
• Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Have good leadership, communication skills, problem solving and able to coaching and mentoring people.
• Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, GMP, and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
• Willing to be placed in Medan KIM 2
